Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is placed inside its original shoe box.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
